Elevate pork chops with herb dressing in mushroom sauce, served with ranch rice - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 0.5 (10.75 ounce) can milk
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
  • Paprika
  • Ranch-Style Rice
Instructions:
  • In a skillet, warm up the oil until shimmering. Add the chops and sear them until they develop a golden-brown crust.
  • Combine the soup, milk, and 1/2 package of salad dressing mix in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover, simmer over low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Finish by sprinkling with paprika.
  • Accompany with Ranch-Style Rice.
