Elevate quick potatoes with zesty Ranch dressing, creamy sour cream, and crispy bacon.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 cups warm milk
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix (milk recipe)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 pouches (4.7 oz each) Betty Crocker™ homestyle creamy butter & herb mashed potatoes
- 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
Instructions:
- 1. In a 3-quart saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add warm milk, ranch dressing mix, and sour cream; mix until smooth. Stir in 3 slices of bacon and both pouches of potatoes until just moistened. Allow to rest for 1 minute, then mash until smooth using a fork.
- Transfer the velvety potatoes to a beautiful serving dish, then generously sprinkle the remaining flavorful bacon crumbles followed by the vibrant green onions for added freshness and flavor.
