Creamy mashed cauliflower with tangy sour cream and zesty ranch dressing – a healthier twist on classic mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen cauliflower
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons bacon bits
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, submerge the cauliflower in lightly salted water and bring to a boil. Simmer gently until it becomes very tender and easily breaks apart when pressed with a fork, which should take about 12 to 15 minutes. Drain the cauliflower.
  • Combine cauliflower with rich and creamy ranch dressing, tangy sour cream, and buttery margarine in a bowl. Whip together using an electric mixer until you reach your preferred smoothness.
  • Sprinkle with delicious Cheddar cheese and crispy bacon bits.
