Elevate your side dish game with mashed cauliflower and sweet parsnip blend.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1 parsnip, peeled and sliced
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Position a steamer insert in a saucepan, fill with water up to just below the steamer. Cover and bring to a boil. Steam cauliflower and parsnips until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  • Drain the vegetables, then mash them using a hand masher or electric mixer. Slowly mix in the milk and butter until reaching your preferred consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving warm.
