Creamy spinach, cheese and garlic gozleme

Easy and delicious flatbreads, great for busy nights or a tasty snack!
Ingredients:
  • 375g frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed of excess moisture
  • 625.00 ml grated pizza cheese
  • 82.50 ml MasterFoodsⓇ Garlic Kebab Sauce, plus 82.50 ml extra
  • 82.50 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 6 square lavash flatbread wraps
  • Lemon wedges, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat sandwich press on high setting.
  • In a bowl, mix together spinach, cheese, sauce, and half of the parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Place a wrap on a flat surface. Leave a 1cm border and spread one-sixth of the spinach mixture over half of the wrap. Fold the wrap over to enclose the filling.
  • Heat up the sandwich press. Grill the wrap until it's golden brown and the cheese has melted perfectly. Move it to a tray and cover to keep it warm. Repeat with the rest of the spinach mixture and wraps.
  • In a bowl, mix together the extra sauce, the rest of the parsley, and 2 teaspoons of water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut the gozleme in half. Serve with the sauce mixture and optionally with lemon wedges.
