Ingredients:
  • 6 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 120.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 120.00 gm white wine
  • 250ml thickened cream
  • 250g-300g butter, cut into cubes
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
