Crepes with choc-mallow sauce

Indulge in nostalgic chocolate crepes for a delightful trip down memory lane.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml plain flour
  • 515.00 gm milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Olive oil spray
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • 125g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 100g white marshmallows, chopped
Instructions:
  • Sift flour into a bowl. In a jug, whisk together milk and eggs. Pour the milk mixture into the flour and whisk until fully combined.
  • 1. Grease a medium, non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. 2. Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of batter into the pan, swirling to cover the base. 3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until light golden, then flip and cook for another minute. 4. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. 5. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • In a saucepan over gentle heat, combine cream and chocolate. Stir with a metal spoon for 3 minutes until the chocolate has melted. Mix in the marshmallows and continue stirring until smooth. Drizzle over crepes and enjoy.
