Easy and delicious Christmas cookies recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons ice water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Ensure the butter is cold. Combine it with flour until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add white sugar, nuts, and salt, mixing well. Gradually add ice water until a stiff dough forms.
  • Mix in fragrant vanilla extract and gently knead the dough. Roll it out on a floured surface until it's 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into crescent shapes using a whiskey glass dusted with flour.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) until lightly browned on the bottom. Immediately roll the warm cookies in confectioner's sugar using a brown paper bag or a plastic bag.
