Elevate frozen chips with flavorful Greek toppings for a delicious and effortless side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pkt frozen crinkle cut chips
  • Greek-style feta, to crumble
  • Fresh oregano leaves, to scatter
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • 250.00 ml natural yoghurt
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped cucumber
  • Crushed garlic, to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Spread the frozen crinkle-cut chips evenly on a large baking tray and bake according to the instructions on the packet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, and a splash of olive oil. Season to taste.
  • Sprinkle the creamy feta over the hot chips and generously scatter oregano on top.
  • Serve immediately with a side of tangy tzatziki and fresh lemon wedges.
