Ingredients:
  • 125g butter
  • 85.00 gm desiccated coconut
  • 225.00 gm sugar
  • 300.00 gm self-raising flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C and generously grease 2 baking trays.
  • Combine the butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg. Stir in the sifted flour and coconut until well combined. Shape the mixture into balls and flatten them with your hands for extra crunchiness. Arrange the flattened balls on greased baking trays, leaving room for them to spread while baking.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
