Spiced chicken legs coated in tamari, baked until crispy in just 5 minutes prep and 45 minutes cook time.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, coat chicken legs with chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt. Pour sauce over chicken and mix well. Transfer mixture to a baking sheet.
  • Roast the chicken in the oven until it's fully cooked, about 45 to 50 minutes. Check for doneness by using an instant-read thermometer; the internal temperature near the bone should reach 165°F (74°C).
