Effortlessly make succulent baked chicken thighs with crispy skin.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a piping hot 475°F (245°C) and place a wire rack inside your broiler pan or baking pan.
  • Gently pat dry chicken thighs. Carefully lift skin and season underneath with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Replace skin and season both sides with the same spices.
  • Place delicately on the elegant rack.
  • Roast in a preheated oven until beautifully golden, approximately 20 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and roast until juices run clear, around 30 more minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the dish piping hot and savor every mouthful!
