Crunchy panko-coated chicken breasts baked to perfection, glazed in a sweet garlic-honey sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 3 (5 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, gently pour the beaten egg and season it with a touch of salt and pepper. In a separate shallow dish, place the bread crumbs.
  • First, delicately dip each piece of chicken in the luscious beaten egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Then generously cover it with the crispy bread crumbs. Place the breaded chicken on the baking sheet and continue with the remaining pieces until all are perfectly coated.
  • Bake until golden and fully cooked, about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and Sriracha in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Take out the oven-roasted chicken and place it in a shallow dish. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and mix until every piece is evenly coated.
