Crispy scalloped corn, a hit for all ages, perfect for family gatherings! 🌽✨
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (11 ounce) can cream style corn
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Mix bread cubes and onion in a large bowl. Add whole kernel corn, cream style corn, and milk. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole dish. In a separate bowl, combine rice cereal and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes until the top is golden and the corn is heated through.
