Crispy Yukon Gold oven fries paired with a flavorful, unique dipping sauce that's a step up from plain ketchup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Curry simmer sauce (not curry paste)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a cookie sheet with nonstick foil or parchment paper.
  • Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips and place them in a large resealable bag. Add salt, cornstarch, and pepper to the bag. Seal the bag and shake vigorously until the potatoes are well coated. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet and spray them with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping fries occasionally, until they are a crispy golden brown. Enjoy with a side of curry simmer sauce for dipping.
