Crispy roasted potatoes, tossed in olive oil and flavorful seasonings for an easy and delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds red potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 pinch paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease a large baking pan.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a spacious bowl.
  • Combine oil, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl and mix well. Drizzle over potato cubes and toss by hand until evenly coated. Spread the potatoes in the prepared pan in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, then stir. Continue baking until potatoes are crispy brown and tender, 10 to 20 minutes more.
