Crostini - prosciutto, figs and mint

Experience love at first bite with prosciutto and fig crostini.
Ingredients:
  • 6 large ripe figs
  • 12 slices quality prosciutto
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint
  • Crostini
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Start by halving 6 large ripe figs and tearing 12 slices of prosciutto. Place a piece of prosciutto on each crostini, top with a fig half, then garnish with fresh mint leaves.
