Elevate coleslaw with a savory blend of mushrooms, crispy noodles, and juicy prawns.
Ingredients:
  • 250g cabbage
  • 1 large carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1 red capsicum, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 2 shallots, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 150g cup mushroom, thinly sliced
  • 100g Chinese crunchy noodles
  • 66.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 36.80 gm oil
  • 24.40 gm fish sauce
  • 24 medium cooked prawns, peeled, deveined with tails intact
Instructions:
  • Combine shredded cabbage, carrot, capsicum, shallot, cucumber, mushroom, and noodles in a spacious serving bowl, gently toss to combine.
  • Combine sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, oil, and fish sauce in a bowl and whisk until well mixed. Add prawns and toss until evenly coated.
  • Drizzle salad with dressing and toss gently to ensure a perfect coating. Top with prawns and enjoy promptly!
