Make a convenient and fresh crunchy salad by combining packaged and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 75g (1 cup) bought coleslaw salad mix
  • 40g roast pork, sliced (see note)
  • 1/4 small green capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 25g raw cashews
  • 50g Chang’s Crunchy Noodles
  • 15.90 gm bought Asian-style dressing
Instructions:
  • Combine the coleslaw mix, pork, capsicum, cashews, and noodles in a medium bowl and toss them together.
  • Drizzle over the dressing and gently mix until fully coated.
