Delicious pork and noodle stir-fry with sweet soy and crunchy salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 450g pkt fresh hokkien noodles
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 500g pork loin medallions, thinly sliced
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) kecap manis
  • 1 x 250g pkt salad mix
Instructions:
  • Place the noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover them with boiling water. Let them soak for 2-3 minutes, then use a fork to separate and drain them.
  • Heat the oil in a smoking hot wok, then stir-fry half of the pork until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the rest of the pork.
  • Place the pork back in the wok. Add in the noodles, kecap manis, and salad mix. Stir-fry everything for 2-3 minutes until warmed. Serve by dividing into bowls.
