Tangy sesame cabbage salad with carrots, ramen crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
  • Toast sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat, shaking frequently, until golden brown and fragrant. Then, transfer the seeds to a small plate and set aside.
  • Combine cabbage, carrots, and crushed ramen noodles in a spacious bowl.
  • Combine olive oil, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and ramen seasoning packet in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for added crunch and flavor.
