"Crunchy ramen noodle salad with red cabbage, seeds, and almonds tossed in zesty vinaigrette – a refreshing summer dish."
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 pounds red cabbage, chopped
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 0.75 cup slivered almonds
  • 0.5 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 0.5 cup peanut oil
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine cabbage, ramen noodles, seasoning packets, red bell pepper, green onion, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, sugar, peanut oil, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and black pepper in a large resealable bag. Shake well to mix evenly.
