Creamy ranch chicken made simple with Chicken Helper®.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 box Chicken Helper™ fettuccine Alfredo
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) French-fried onions
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter until sizzling. Add the chicken and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the outside is white and slightly golden.
  • Combine milk, hot water, and sauce mix from the Chicken Helper box in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add uncooked pasta from the Chicken Helper box. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 9 to 11 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix in the dressing and sour cream, then top with onions. Take off the heat and allow it to sit for 5 minutes without covering it to thicken the sauce.
