Savory chicken bacon rolls with a crunchy texture, creamy ranch flavor, and a refreshing tangy kick when dipped in ranch dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 12 crispy chicken strips, such as Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips (or 12 cooked chicken fingers), cooked, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 1 /2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 eggroll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Ranch Dressing
Instructions:
  • Place an eggroll wrapper on a work surface and evenly distribute chicken on each wrapper. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese over the chicken and crumble a slice of bacon on top. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrapper tightly to seal. Repeat with the rest of the filled wrappers.
  • In a large dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Fry 2 to 3 rolls at a time until they are golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving with ranch dressing.
