"Crunchy homemade granola perfect for topping oats, yogurt, waffles, or pancakes!"
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml pepitas
  • 125.00 ml sunflower kernels
  • 125.00 ml natural almonds, roughly chopped
  • 37.50 gm sesame seeds
  • 25g butter, chopped
  • 89.38 gm honey
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan-forced and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Spread the pepitas, sunflower kernels, almonds, and sesame seeds on the tray, mix well, then dot with butter and drizzle with honey. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden. Let it cool completely, then break into smaller pieces and serve.
