Sweet and tart cranberry-walnut pie, no crust. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and salt. Add cranberries and walnuts, then toss to coat evenly.
  • Incorporate butter, eggs, and almond extract into the mixture.
  • Evenly transfer the batter to the greased pan.
  • Bake in the oven preheated to 350°F until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy this dish hot and fresh.
