30-Minute Spinach and Muenster Quiche: A speedy, crustless delight packed with eggs and cheese, perfect for a tasty breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 5 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded Muenster cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onions in oil until soft, about 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until moisture evaporates.
  • In a large bowl, combine eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix in Muenster cheese and spinach until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pan that has been greased and lined with parchment paper.
  • Cook until the eggs are perfectly set, approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes post-oven time prior to serving.
  • Serve the dish piping hot and savor every delicious bite!
