Cool and creamy cucumber raita, the perfect cooling companion to spicy Indian curries.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml plain yoghurt
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml finely shredded fresh mint leaves
  • 1.20 gm salt
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together yoghurt, cucumber, mint, and salt. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
