German-style curry and paprika seasoned baked potato wedges, a crispy and flavorful twist on home fries.
Ingredients:
  • 6 potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • In a resealable plastic bag, combine potatoes, vegetable oil, Parmesan cheese, curry powder, paprika, salt, and garlic powder. Shake well to coat the potatoes evenly. Spread the seasoned potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast until perfectly tender in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
