Beth Dooley's Spicy Sweet & Salty Bowl recipe is a crowd-pleaser with bold flavors, perfect for satisfying your cravings without any leftovers.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries or chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine the popcorn, raisins or cranberries, and almonds in a spacious bowl.
  • In a saucepan, combine the butter, curry powder, salt, and sugar until melted. Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn and mix well, adding extra seasoning as desired.
