Elevate custard biscuits with a touch of white chocolate for irresistible decadence.
Ingredients:
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 215.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1 egg, at room temperature
  • 2.20 gm vanilla essence
  • 225.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 65.00 gm custard powder
  • 80g white chocolate, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
  • With an electric mixer, whip butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  • Combine and sieve the flour and custard powder over the butter mixture. Then, add the white chocolate and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Shape mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on trays. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake until golden (10-12 minutes). Let cool on trays for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve.
