Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 5 drops vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 7 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend boiling water, egg, MCT oil, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and salt until frothy. Sweeten to taste with stevia.
