Delicious vanilla dairy-free frosting for vegan cake and cookie decoration.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 6 tablespoons dairy-free margarine
  • 0.25 teaspoon water
Instructions:
  • Using an electric mixer, blend confectioners' sugar and dairy-free margarine on low speed. If needed, add water for a creamier consistency. Mix in vanilla, then increase speed to high until frosting is stiff. Chill until ready to use.
