Dark and Stormy Brownies

Bermuda-inspired brownies with fudgy Betty Crocker mix, ginger beer, and rum for a rich, dark, and stormy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup ginger beer
  • 2 tablespoons rum
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line a 13x9-inch pan with parchment paper or foil, then spray with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until a smooth batter forms. Transfer the batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 28 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the edge of the pan comes out almost clean. Let it cool completely for about 45 minutes, then cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
