Layer rum on top of the drink without stirring for a smooth, cascading effect.
Ingredients:
  • 30ml Rum Small Batch
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Fill a tall glass generously with crushed ice.
  • Halve a lime and squeeze its juice over the ice, then add the lime wedges to the glass for a decorative touch.
  • Pour the ginger beer nearly to the top of the glass.
  • Drizzle 30ml Bundaberg small batch rum over the top and let it cascade down through the ice for a delightful touch of flavor.
