Indulgent hummus with kalamata olives, garlic, and feta cheese. Perfect for entertaining, serve with pita and veggies!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup tahini
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 15 pitted kalamata olives
  • 3 cloves garlic, or more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon water, or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine garbanzo beans, olive oil, lemon juice, feta cheese, tahini, chili sauce, olives, garlic, basil, cumin, dill, and salt in a blender until creamy. Adjust consistency with water as needed. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, top with parsley, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil. Serve hot or cold.
