  • 250.00 ml millet puffs
  • 125.00 ml brown rice flakes
  • 125.00 ml LSA
  • 75.00 gm sesame seeds (toasted or untoasted)
  • 125.00 ml pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 55.00 gm coconut flakes
  • 250.00 ml dried cranberries
  • 125.00 ml pistachios
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
