Delicious muesli bars packed with dried fruits for a satisfying on-the-go snack.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml Wheat & Gluten Free Muesli
  • 130.00 gm rice flour
  • 178.76 gm honey
  • 80g butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 250.00 ml chopped dried apricots
Instructions:
  • Combine muesli, flour, honey, butter, and eggs in a food processor until mixture is smooth. Press the mixture into a greased or lined 18 x 28cm lamington tin.
  • Make the topping by mixing the topping ingredients together. Spread the mixture evenly over the base and press down firmly with a spoon.
  • Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until firm. Let it cool, then cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.
