Wholesome and delicious kids-friendly breakfast recipe that kicks off the day right, with a Low FODMAP option.
Ingredients:
  • 1000.00 ml rice flakes
  • 85.00 gm sultanas (see notes for Low FODMAP substitution)
  • 125.00 ml dried cranberries
  • 82.50 ml pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 82.50 ml flaked almonds, toasted
  • Reduced-fat milk, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together rice flakes, sweet sultanas, tart cranberries, crunchy pumpkin seeds, and nutty almonds in a large bowl.
  • Enjoy a bowl of muesli topped with cold, creamy milk.
