Berry Breakfast Bowl: Fresh berries, whole grains, and creamy yogurt for a nutritious morning start.
Ingredients:
  • 2 3/4 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread oats and almonds on a cookie sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden brown. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before enjoying.
  • Combine yogurt and milk in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in oats, almonds, and flaxseed. Garnish each serving with fresh berries.
