Mustard greens sautéed with garlic, bacon, and Asian-inspired peanut oil and fish sauce for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons bacon bits
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch mustard greens, washed and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add peanut oil. Sauté bacon bits and garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add 2-3 handfuls of mustard greens to wilt, then add the rest of the greens. Sprinkle with onion powder. Cook until greens are bright green, wilted, and starting to become tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drizzle with fish sauce, stir, and serve.
