Delicious sautéed mustard greens with onions and garlic - perfect with any meal needing a bold and peppery kick.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound mustard greens, washed and torn into large pieces
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons chicken broth or vegetable broth (vegetarian option)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Caramelize onions and garlic: Cook onions in olive oil over medium heat in a large saute pan until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until aromatic.
  • Add a touch of vibrancy to your dish: Introduce the mustard greens and broth, cooking until the greens are delicately wilted.
