Marinate pork chops with zesty lemon, Worcestershire, and garlic before grilling.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Place the pork chops, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vegetable oil, and garlic in a large resealable plastic bag, ensuring to remove any excess air. Refrigerate and marinate for 4 to 24 hours.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Transfer the pork chops from the marinade straight to the grill, and dispose of the marinade afterwards.
  • Sear the pork until it's no longer pink in the center, approximately 5 minutes per side, and ensure the center reaches 145°F (63°C) using an instant-read thermometer.
