Tangy-sweet marinated grilled pork chops - ready in under an hour for a delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot ®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 pork chops
Instructions:
  • Combine ketchup, apple juice, olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, hot sauce, and kosher salt in a bowl. Transfer the marinade to a resealable plastic bag, add pork chops, seal, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Place the marinated pork chops on the hot grill, discarding the marinade. Grill until the center is no longer pink, about 5 to 10 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer reads at least 145°F (65°C).
