Indulge in our irresistible Dessert Pizza made with Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookies, creamy cream cheese spread, and rich chocolate pudding - ready in just an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 packages (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 snack-size containers (3.25 to 3.5 oz each) chocolate pudding
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Evenly spread the dough in the pan.
  • Bake until edges turn golden brown, for 15 to 20 minutes. Let it cool in the pan on a rack for about 30 minutes before transferring the cookie crust to a serving platter.
  • Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small bowl until creamy. Layer over crust, then spread pudding on top. Sprinkle with nuts and cut into wedges before serving.
