Decadent dessert pizza with layers of chocolate pudding, sweetened cream cheese, and peanut butter cookie crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (17.5 ounce) package peanut butter cookie mix (such as Betty Crocker®)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1.75 cups whole milk
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 0.25 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Mix the cookie mix, egg, oil, and water in a bowl until a soft dough forms. Spread the dough on the pan to resemble a pizza crust.
  • Place in the oven preheated to perfection until the edges transform into a delicate golden hue, typically around 15 minutes. Allow it to cool gracefully.
  • In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese and sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping and set aside.
  • Combine milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl, whisking until thickened.
  • Evenly layer the creamy cheese filling on top of the cookie crust, allowing some of the crust to peek through at the edges. Then, gently spread the luscious chocolate pudding over the cheese layer, leaving a bit of the cheese filling visible.
  • Spread the velvety whipped topping generously over the luscious pudding, allowing a hint of the tantalizing pudding beneath to peek through. Scatter a shower of decadent chocolate chips over the creamy whipped topping. Chill until serving time.
