Detroit pizza: Thick, crispy crust loaded with molten mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan. Easy 5-ingredient recipe in a 13x9-inch pan. Ready in 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup Muir Glen™ organic pizza sauce (from 15-oz can)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 13x9-inch pan with olive oil and press dough evenly into the bottom of the pan without pressing up the sides. Bake for 17 minutes.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, making sure to cover the entire surface. Generously layer the mozzarella cheese all the way to the edges. Arrange the pepperoni in a single layer on top of the cheese. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the crust is a deep golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Finish by sprinkling with Parmesan cheese before serving.
  • Slice into 12 equal portions.
