Revamp your devilled eggs with a twist for easy leftovers the next day!
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 60ml (¼ cup) thickened cream
  • 40g sachet Keen’s Curried Sausages recipe base
  • 125g frozen spinach, thawed, excess water squeezed out
  • 100g danish feta
  • 60g chargrilled capsicum, finely chopped
  • Tomato relish, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan forced and generously grease a 24-hole mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine eggs, cream, McCormick Keen’s Curried Sausages recipe base, and spinach in a large jug and whisk until well combined. Distribute feta and capsicum evenly among muffin pan holes. Pour the egg mixture over the feta and capsicum. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden and set. Serve with tomato relish.
