Elevate this irresistible dish with crispy garlic crumbs! Make ahead and store for freshness, then assemble just before serving.
Ingredients:
  • 70g (1 cup) fresh breadcrumbs, made from day-old bread
  • 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 59.40 gm mayonnaise
  • 56.40 gm sour cream
  • Few drops of Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add breadcrumbs and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are golden and crisp. Stir in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.
  • Peel the eggs and remove the tops. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash thoroughly. Mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, Tabasco, and salt until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag with a medium fluted nozzle and fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using the piping bag.
  • Mix the parsley into the breadcrumb mixture. Sprinkle the mixture around the edge of the eggs before serving.
