Mustard-infused baked chicken, perfect solo or with wild rice in a casserole.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.25 cup prepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay the chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine the mustard-mayonnaise blend, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, and bouillon in a bowl, then drizzle it over the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) when tested with a thermometer.
